Should I Use Wrist Wraps For Lifting?
During lifting, especially when pressing, your wrists are exposed to high loads. Wrist wraps will stabilize your wrist joint and reduce the strain on the wrist area, and help prevent injuries.
With this bundle, you can choose between two lengths of the Dark Camo Wrist Wraps. For Olympic Weightlifting or when lighter support is needed, the 30cm is ideal to put on fast and leaves enough mobility while giving sufficient support. The 60cm variation offers a maximum support for more static and heavy lifts, as seen in Powerlifting or Strongman and Strongwoman. They come with a 5cm velcro to secure the wrist wrap as well as a thumb loop. The Dark Camo Wrist Wrap fabric mix is designed for maximum support and a comfortable feel. These wrist wraps for lifting are suitable for competitions and are IPF approved.
